Yes, I completely understand. I had to send in a note this week to ask his teacher to allow Leo to have a snack. And last week I had to send in a note to ask them not to give him donuts and bagels. Yet still, he'll come home in a bad mood and admit he got a bagel for breakfast (the school has a free breakfast program). It's so tough, isn't it?

My son has rh but has never been formally diagnosed.we have been through many of the same things you guys have been. He recently changed schools and we had to go thru 2 meetings and yet another doctor visit to get them to uderstand that he must have a snack at 10am if he is going to be successful in math. I learn something new. Every week it seems like. He is 9 and is very good about his diet. But it is frustrating to me at times like last week with the school.
