		<description>I&#039;m so confused on what to eat and what not to eat.  I&#039;m trying to figure all this out and do what it takes to balance myself out.  I know I feel more tired in the morning.  I really don&#039;t feel like I&#039;m awake and ready to go until about noon.  Like I&#039;m a second shift person.  I do feel better after I eat potatoes, mashed, baked or french fries. And I feel kinda grumpy too until I get going throughout the day. Feeling kinda frustrated....</description>
